Completion of this minor is optional. Completion of the General Degree Completion Requirements for Education, Elementary, and a major field of study satisfies the state requirements for a generalist (or multiple subjects) Elementary Education teaching endorsement.
Notes:
- If you are doing the BAE Mathematics/Elementary (K-8) with Middle Level Endorsement Option (4th-9th Grades), the coursework of this minor is already included in your degree and you do not need to take this minor.
- All candidates for certification must pass the NES subject matter test to receive an endorsement for certification purposes.
