College Teaching Certificate, Graduate

College Teaching Graduate Certificate- This program is designed to provide advanced opportunities for people seeking to teach adults in a variety of settings.

These settings include but are not limited to community college, vocational programs, adult basic skills programs, professional development for business and industry, and military training. It is anticipated that students will come from a variety of backgrounds, most having a bachelor’s degree with some additional work and some having master’s degrees in other areas. ​No teaching certification is required.

This is an online accelerated program with 6-week academic sessions.

Admissions Requirements

  1. Have earned a baccalaureate degree (either a BA or BS) from an accredited institution of higher education.
  2. Have earned a GPA ≥3.0 on a 4–point-scale during the final 90 quarter credits (or 60 semester credits) of enrolled coursework
