Minor in Addiction Studies

The Addiction Studies (ADST) minor provides university-level education related to substance use treatment, counseling and prevention. The curriculum is valuable for students in a variety of industries including healthcare, law, social work, education, psychology, and many other fields to enhance the effectiveness of their chosen career.

Note: The minor option does not provide all courses required for credentialing as a substance use disorder professional. If you plan to pursue Substance Use Disorder Professional credentialing, please contact adst@ewu.edu.
