EWU partners like ed2go, VESi, and Excel Education use their own LMS. For any online PCE course, you will be notified how to access your course materials at the time of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n"},{"label":"Technology Requirements","copy":" Yes, in most cases PCE can invoice a third party for payment. The payment will need to be received by EWU prior to the start of the course or the student risks being dropped from the course for non-payment.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n"},{"label":"WA State Employee Course Discount Eligibility","copy":" No, the Washington State waiver is for degree seeking students only. <\/span><\/p>\n"},{"label":"Refund Policy","copy":" IMPORTANT INFORMATION: <\/strong>Refunds are administered based on the date EWU Professional & Continuing Education received your emailed request to drop\/withdraw from a course you enrolled in. Students must email\u00a0pce@ewu.edu<\/strong> and specifically request to be dropped from the course(s) in order for the course enrollment drop to happen.<\/p>\n For-Credit: <\/strong>The refund policy for credit bearing courses and programs aligns with EWU\u2019s refund policy. Please see the <\/span>academic calendar<\/span><\/a> for important refund dates.<\/span><\/p>\n Non-Credit:<\/strong><\/p>\n Third-Party Vendor: <\/strong>No refund: 0% refund will be offered for online professional development and personal enrichment courses (e.g., VESi, Excel Education, ed2go, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n Contract Services: <\/strong>Refunds for contract service enrollments will be defined in each contract.<\/span><\/p>\n"},{"label":"Account Balance","copy":" PCE students with a past due balance on their account will be restricted from enrolling in additional courses.
