Request a Room Change
Room changes open around the 2nd week of the quarter. This is to give us time to figure out what rooms we have open after move-in. We will send an email to everyone once room changes officially open for fall quarter.
If you have received your building assignment for the 2025-26 school year and would like to be put on the waitlist for a different building, room type, or roommate you can email housing@ewu.edu. While we do our best to get people into their preferred room types, roommates, etc. we CANNOT GUARANTEE we will be able to fulfill your request prior to move-in. If, after you move-in, you are experiencing an issue with your roommate, talk to your CA or contact your Residential Life Coordinator.
