If you have any questions during the process, please contact <a href=\"mailto:cihs@ewu.edu\">cihs@ewu.edu<\/a>.","apply_steps_steps":[{"apply_steps_step_title":"Guide New students in Completing Orientation","apply_steps_copy":"<p><strong>Student Orientation Video<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If possible, show the <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/nzgzYs7chE4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new student orientation video<\/a> in class. The first step in getting oriented to EWU in the High School as a student is to watch this video. It will take approximately 15 minutes. This is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Canvas Orientation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If students or parent(s)\/guardian(s) would like more information, they\u2019re welcome to review the <a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.ewu.edu\/courses\/1214864\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Canvas orientation course for new students<\/a>. <strong>Note:<\/strong> This is an open-enrollment Canvas course. You do not need EWU credentials to access the course. Please avoid using Microsoft Edge as the default browser when opening Canvas. This is optional if students have watched the orientation video.<\/p>\n","apply_steps_link":""},{"apply_steps_step_title":"Assist Students in Completing Application","apply_steps_copy":"<p><strong>How to Start<\/strong> <strong>the Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>New students must complete the application. Students who applied and earned credit for any classes in the <strong>2024-2025<\/strong> Academic School Year, <strong>DO NOT<\/strong> need to reapply. To prevent duplicate applications, please only submit <strong>one<\/strong> application per student. If possible, have your whole class do this at the same time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please advise your students to use a personal email, not their high school email address to apply\u2014the high school firewall will block emails from us.<\/li>\n<li>Students must create an account on the application page (select first time user).<\/li>\n<li>When completing the application, students select <strong>EWU in the High School<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure correct spelling of emails and check spam or junk folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/apply.ewu.edu\/apply\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Start the Application<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Completing the Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For further assistance:\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vmHLGdrrbTg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch How to Complete EWU in the High School Application: VIDEO GUIDE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once their account has been created, students must activate the application through email.<\/li>\n<li>After the application is completed, students will receive an email with their eight-digit EWU ID number within <strong>three to five<\/strong> days to the email provided in the application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If students enter information incorrectly or if they don&#8217;t receive the email within one week, please contact our office at <a href=\"mailto:cihs@ewu.edu\">cihs@ewu.edu<\/a> or <a href=\"tel:509.359.6187\">509.359.6187<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STOP. All new students must complete the online application before you can proceed to Step 3.<\/strong><\/p>\n","apply_steps_link":""},{"apply_steps_step_title":"Complete Confirmation Roster Form ","apply_steps_copy":"<p>Fill out the confirmation roster to ensure legibility and accurate spellings of names and dates of birth.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"btn btn-red\" href=\"https:\/\/test-www.ewu.edu\/highschool\/course-confirmation-roster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submit Your Roster<\/a><\/p>\n<p>*All student applicants <strong>must<\/strong> be included on the roster in order for them to receive credit. Credit will not be given if the student is on the roster nor will credit be given retroactively after the deadline for rosters. Please ensure all student applicants are on your course confirmation roster and on <a href=\"https:\/\/inside.ewu.edu\/eaglenet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EagleNet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Please refer to the email &#8220;Fall 2025 Registration Materials&#8221; for important attachments regarding student enrollment.<\/p>\n","apply_steps_link":""},{"apply_steps_step_title":"Submit All Documents","apply_steps_copy":"<p>Send the confirmations roster form and all self-pay contracts (if applicable*) in<strong> one <\/strong>email to <a href=\"mailto:cihs@ewu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">cihs@ewu.edu<\/a>.
