Student Clubs & Organizations

Get Involved with Your Goals.

Find academic support, connect with faculty and fellow students, collaborate on projects. Student clubs and organizations provide a variety of opportunities – and, they’re fun!

Our students have many options to get involved in extracurricular activities. Click on a student organization’s name below to learn more about their area of focus and activities. Each of the organizations focus on activities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

These organizations’ club-related activities, research, and projects are financed by the STEM Interclub Student Council Fund, which is generously supported by alumni and friends of the College. Click here to donate: STEM Interclub Student Council Fund

Eastern Washington University student chapter of The Wildlife Society supports students pursuing careers in wildlife and natural resource conservation by providing opportunities for professional growth and skill development. We aim to connect members with professionals from government agencies and non-profit organizations through networking events, hands-on experiences, and educational activities. Furthermore, members will have the opportunity to attend national and state conferences to engage with wildlife professionals, research, and current topics of interest.

We aim to improve communication among members and with the broader Society, enhance educational opportunities, prepare students for careers in wildlife fields, promote professionalism, and raise awareness of wildlife issues on campus and in the community. To meet these goals, the Chapter holds regular meetings and activities, participates in Society-sponsored events, offers field experience opportunities, conducts educational outreach, and recruits new members to ensure the Chapter’s continuity.
