About
The Design Minor is a great asset to all non-design majors. In the minor, you’ll learn how to present your ideas visually as you develop communication skills. You’ll get hands-on experience as you practice working with images and text together to create and share messages. In addition, you’ll learn how to use digital tools like the Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
After you’ve finished the required courses, you’ll choose from a wide array of electives. Learn how to take great photos, study the history of design, practice typography, get an introduction to sound design or start learning how to design and build a website. If you want more, add another great design minor like Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Game Design, or Animation and Motion Design.
