Whether you’re aiming for medical, dental, pharmacy, or veterinary school, the Pre-Medical Professional Minor at Eastern Washington University puts you on the right path.

Designed to complement a major in Chemistry, this program includes essential courses in genetics, biochemistry, biomedical ethics, and biophysics. You’ll also take a class focused on navigating the application and interview process for professional schools, giving you a competitive edge from the start.

Throughout the program, you’ll build the knowledge needed to crush entrance exams like the MCAT, DAT, or GRE. Pre-Medical Professional Minor

The Pre-Medical Professional Minor is recommended for students planning a career in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or pharmacy school. Coupled with a Chemistry, Bachelor of Science degree, this Minor is designed to meet basic entrance requirements as well as provide optimum preparation for pre-entrance aptitude examinations (MCAT or DAT or GRE). This also satisfies requirements for graduate study in related fields of chemical and biological integration, e.g., medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, etc.
