Minor in Psychology in the Workplace

The Psychology in the Workplace Minor helps individuals grow in workplace settings and roles. You’ll learn how to apply psychological principles to the workplace.

Topics covered include employee selection, motivation, performance, behavior, occupational positions, social and cultural factors, and scientific principles that guide the field.

Note: No more than 10 credits in the minor can be duplicated with a major in the School of Psychology. No more than 10 credits can be transferred to meet minor requirements.
