In the Industrial/Organizational Psychology minor, you’ll learn how to construct, use and understand psychological tests. You’ll also gain an understanding of psychological principles in the workplace. In addition, you will choose from electives that cover topics such as human resource management, organization theory, human behavior, social psychology and more.
