Her presentation discussed data that she analyzed regarding a Diabetes Management Program in Stevens County.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-75986\" src=\"https:\/\/test-www.ewu.edu\/chsph\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/02\/ali-conference-225x300-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Two presenters with their slideshow about diabetes\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It was her first time presenting at a conference, and she describes it as \u201can amazing experience.\u201d She met with healthcare professionals from across the state who all expressed a mutual passion for rural health.<\/p>\n<p>The conference focused on the impact of possible changes or repealing of The Affordable Care Act.
