The Experiential Training and Development (ETD) Minor broadens the reach of any degree by adding additional course work in experiential learning, adult learning theory, and organizational development and creating opportunities to put that theory into practice. The end goal is to provide students the experiences and skill development they need to heighten individual, group and organizational performance in the places they work and beyond.<\/p>\n

Successful completion of the RCLS 335: Challenge Course Practitioner class leads to an EWU Challenge Course Practitioner Certification and qualifies a student to be eligible to work for the EWU WAMS Challenge Course<\/a> Program (these are paid positions).
