Because of the changes and challenges in the field, healthcare services are delivered in a variety of settings. As a graduate of the Healthcare Administration (HCAD) program, you will be prepared to work as a manager in all aspects of the health services industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our program believes in the concept that \u201cservice delivery is a team affair,\u201d and is committed to providing education, research, and service opportunities for students to become effective collaborators in personal health enhancement.<\/p>\n<p>We operate from a principle of <em>Person-Centered Care<\/em>; evidence-based approaches and safety are the mandates of the <em>Person-Centered Care<\/em> principle. Values communicated in our program are communication, coordination, and collaboration.
