We are currently looking for the right therapist to join our team of talented therapists in a mobile outpatient setting.

We are seeking a therapist that is passionate about improving the quality of life for people in our community, is confident in their ability to provide outpatient interventions in unique patient environments and is a great team player.

Empower Physical Therapy is a mobile PT practice founded in 2022 to bridge the gap between outpatient and home health settings. We provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes. We serve Libby, Troy and the surrounding areas. Our philosophy is one of patient centered care that delivers high quality, evidence-based interventions specific to each patient’s unique needs.

Some of the benefits of working joining Empower PT include:

Work / Life Balance – current opening is for 24-40 hours/week.
Flexible schedule – you choose the days and hours you want to work within the agreed upon weekly total hours.
Consistency of care – we want to achieve the best outcomes and build the strongest relationships with our patients, so each therapist has their own patient caseload, no sharing.
True one-on-one patient care – since visits are in the patient’s home, there is minimal distraction and no juggling patients. See 4-6 patients per full workday.
Small practice locally and privately owned – no corporate structure to deal with, open door policy to have your thoughts and concerns heard and addressed in a timely manner.
Independence – because of the remote nature of making house calls, you will have full control of the care you provide. It will be beneficial to be confident in your skills and creative in your interventions.
Newer practice with exciting opportunities to grow and evolve – get in on the ground floor and shape this position into your dream job.
There is opportunity for therapists to specialize in their desired area of practice and bring their skills to the team and the community!

What we offer:
