Welcome!
Group visits offered are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends). Please fill out our in-person request form at least 4 weeks prior to your requested date. Due to a high volume of requests please expect to receive a response within 7 business days. Our visit coordinator will reach out to you via email.
Important: Please read before submitting your request.
- Spring Visits 2024: We are working on moving to a new request system for Spring 2024 (March-June) group requests therefore cannot process any requests at the moment. The new request form will be available in January 2024. Please do not fill out this form if you are wanting to visit in the Spring.
- Overnight Visits: We do not offer any overnight visit options during the academic school year. For 2024 summer camps please contact the EWU Event Planning office.
- EWU Pre-College Programs: If you’re an EWU Running Start or EWU College in the High School group, please submit a request with our EWU Dual Enrollment team.
